@the.total.dad gave it a quick sand back, the only prep it needed, then one coat of Chalked Ultra Matt brush-on in Linen White. The timber reads vintage rather than tired.
I bought this to upcycle my furniture for a new feel without the cost of buying new. I saw other reviews on here saying it was rubbish, but I am impressed. I sanded down my tv unit before applying to get rid of the shine, applied 2 coats to tv unit, but 3 coats to the top. It looks great!…

@the_ridley_build didn't replace it. The HOME range gave the laundry door enough presence to tie the room together — one small job, everything bought at Bunnings.
I bought this product to do bathroom vanity tops after trying the other 2 brands with little success. This product is by far superior to others on the market. It leaves a beautiful finish. I had a scorch mark and after sanding and filling this product finished it beautifully

For @ebonybasten the prep was the job: clean it properly, sand it properly. Then the kit self-levels to a porcelain-like finish — a big win in a small room.
I purchased this being hesitant reading mixed reviews, but it definitely worked out better than I expected I highly recommend. But ensure to follow instructions, and preparation is the key to success, my bath now looks brand new.
